Condition Analysis
Condition Analysis gives you a complete overview over the condition of your buildings.
The Condition Analysis module is built up in accordance with NS 3424 Condition Control. Here, all necessary information about the condition of the building can be registered, and you can come up with improvement proposals and estimate costs.
This can be supplemented with an unlimited number of images to visualize the condition. In FAMAC you can generate an easy understandable report on the condition of one or more buildings. With colour codes and simple presentation of the building condition, the condition analysis is a good basis for discussions in boards and decision-making forums, even where the decision-makers do not have construction expertise.
Translate words into action! Use the system to implement orders for the measures that have been decided. An activity is then established in FAMAC, and the part that has ordered the assignment can follow the progression, both in the module for condition control, in the deviation handler and in the activity overview.
FAMAC gives you as the owner of the building complete overview and control over documentation, activities, and deviations for all your buildings. FAMAC offers an unlimited number of users, and thus you can invite all partners within your FDV organization!
