Risk Analysis
Perform statutory risk analysis within the various parts of property management.
Create an unlimited number of risk analysis within predefined areas such as fire, electrical installations, pool, playground, personnel, or choose a custom category. The risk analysis is performed by identifying undesirable events, and then classifying them on probability and consequence.
When all unwanted events have been registered, you have a complete analysis that can of course be printed in visual and clear PDF format. The risks that are identified can easily be sent to the deviation handler so that necessary activities can be created to reduce or eliminate the risk.
This shows that action has been taken on the basis of the analysis.
N.B.: If the analysis has been defined to apply to areas that have their own Internal Control document, they will also appear here.
