Building information gives easy access to basic property data such as visiting address, postal address, cadastral- and title number, bid-number, areas, construction year, etc.
FDVhuset will establish building information in the system according to information provided by new customers. The customer can add information directly into Excel or get necessary information through reports from other sources like the cadastre. Map references will be auto-generated using Google Maps if the correct street address has been registered.
FAMAC gives you as the owner of the building complete overview and control over documentation, activities, and deviations for all your buildings. FAMAC offers an unlimited number of users, and thus you can invite all partners within your FDV organization!

The FAMAC FM system is 100% web-based and will be available on all your devices wherever you are.
FAMAC FM system has no limit on the number of users in all modules. The customer establishes as many users as desired without changing the price.
In FAMAC the different users are assigned roles that determine the level of access they get to the different parts of the system. Each user can have access to one or more buildings.
All users get free support by phone and e-mail, Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
FAMAC FM system is completely file format independent, which means that any file can be uploaded to the system.
We will of course give you unlimited storage in our systems.
All our customers own their own information and documents.
Customers are automatically given access to all updates of the FAMAC FM system at no extra cost.
