In System Overview, the building's FM documentation is established in a simple and clear way. A system can be compared to a building component. The difference is that you are free to choose the level of detail, i.e. on the first, second or third digit in the building element table, or by a mix of all three levels. From this it is understood that the NS 3451: 2009 Building Component Table is the basis for this systematization. You can of course establish an unlimited number of systems and each system can be split into an unlimited number of components. An unlimited number of documents can be uploaded regardless of format. This applies both at system level and component level.
Activities that are attached to the system will be shown in the system window. Activities are established and confirmed in the same way as in any other part of FAMAC.
In addition, if you establish an activity related to a system on the basis of a deviation, the deviation will also be shown in the system window. In this way you get an overview in one single windows over FM documentation, established and completed tasks, upcoming and completed maintenance tasks, as well as registered deviations concerning this system.
In FAMAC the customer is responsible for managing users. This means that within a construction project, you can create FAMAC users such as architects, consultants and contractors, enabling them to enter final documentation directly into FAMAC.
FAMAC gives you as the owner of the building complete overview and control over documentation, activities, and deviations for all your buildings. FAMAC offers an unlimited number of users, and thus you can invite all partners within your FDV organization!
