You can administer all the keys in a building in FAMAC, and easily keep track over when keys are handed out and returned. The system keeps track of where keys are located, as well as historic data over who had access where and when.
You can print an issue form if you need the borrower's signature. This will be automatically generated together with all necessary information. The document can be stored in the Key Module.
FAMAC gives you as the owner of the building complete overview and control over documentation, activities, and deviations for all your buildings. FAMAC offers an unlimited number of users, and thus you can invite all partners within your FDV organization!
