Activities is a true multifunction tool within FAMAC, giving you all these functions and more:

Any activity can be delegated to the system users you choose. Each users activity overview will be displayed on the initial page after login. The user can confirm that the activity has been followed up by selecting "completed" or "completed with deviations". This means that most users can start using FAMAC without any prior training. Managers can chose to see other users activities on the initial page and thus see if imposed tasks are being followed up.
Whoever establishes an activity has an option to send a text message notification. The executing party also has the option to set notification by email for new activities. The person responsible for the activity can receive an email notification that the work order has been signed.
FAMAC gives you as the owner of the building complete overview and control over documentation, activities, and deviations for all your buildings. FAMAC offers an unlimited number of users, and thus you can invite all partners within your FDV organization!
