A Floor Plan is established to provide an overview of the rooms the building consists of. Once a Floor Plan has been established, it can be used as a basis for, among other things, a cleaning plan, an overview of rental objects, and deviation management. It can for instance provide the opportunity to link a deviation to a room, so that it can be assessed more easily by the deviation handler.<\/p>

The Floor Plan can be created either by manually registering the rooms, or it can be uploaded from various data sources, or retrieved from other systems. Regardless of how the Floor Plan is established, one can easily change the description of the various rooms so that the plan reflects the actual situation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t
