Hvorfor skal vi stille krav til FDV dokumentasjonens kvalitet og tilgjengelighet? Et dumt spørsmål, i og med at dette skulle vel være en selvfølge? Alle skjønner at vi må ha en brukerhåndbok til bygget og at den skal være lett tilgjengelig i byggets driftsfase. Men her syndes det, og dette må vi bli bedre på. Still krav i anbudet om at det skal leveres komplett FDV dokumentasjon iht. NS (SN/TS 3456) ved overlevering av bygget. Still gjerne krav om tilpasset dokumentasjon og at this should be entered into a FM system. Keep a relatively large amount that you only pay out when complete documentation has been delivered according to requirements in the tender.
Still også krav til fremdrift på oppbygging/ leveranse av FDV dokumentasjonen i byggefasen. Engasjér gjerne rådgiver som kvalitetssikrer dette, det lønner seg.
